The Madison International Trade Association (MITA) will join with the American Marketing Association (AMA) to present this program on Oct. 13. This project will address the challenges of a global web presence and provide examples of best practices in this critical and fast-growing area of global business.

Funding Deadline For China and India Faculty Study Tours Is Oct. 2
The Wisconsin CIBER will co-sponsor two Faculty Development in International Business (FDIB) programs, in India and China, and will pay registration costs for one UW System faculty or academic staff with teaching responsibilities to participate in each program. Participants are responsible for their own international airfare and incidentals.
CIBER funding is intended to support applicants with limited experience in the region. Each program will be held in January 2010. The India FDIB program will be held Jan. 4-15, 2010, and the China program Jan. 3-15, 2010. Applications for UW-Madison CIBER funding to attend either of these programs are due by Friday, Oct. 2, 2009.
