New UW-Madison Guidelines for Wireless Service and Equipment
November 3, 2008In October, UW-Madison issued new guidelines for UW-Madison Wireless Service and Equipment. Under the guidelines, UW-Madison departments may purchase mobile computing/communications devices using university funds if the department determines that the device is needed by an individual to conduct UW-Madison business.
