Entering the Global Marketplace Workshops Slated
June 1, 2008The Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) is co-sponsoring a series of workshops on Entering the Global Marketplace: Building a Solid Foundation for International Success, presented by The World Trade Center Wisconsin. The workshops will provide practical advice to executives of small and mid-sized firms embarking on global business ventures. The first workshop will be held on Thursday, June 5 from 7:30 a.m.–1 p.m. in Grainger Hall (see Today in Grainger for room number). It will feature a case study of Madison-based Aova Technologies, a local company that recently expanded its business into the international realm. The case study will be presented by Bryan Renk, president, CEO and director of Aova Technologies.
