What are the application deadlines for fall 2010?

Admission cycles close on the 1st of each month. Applications that are complete on the 1st of each month will be reviewed for admission and a decision will be posted within six weeks. Applications will be accepted until the class is full.

 

Complete applications consist of the following :

1. On line application

2. Essays

3. Three recommendation forms submitted by the applicants recommenders

4. Employer endorsement form

5. Original transcripts from all institutions of higher learning (not just the institution from which the applicant received a degree)

6. $56.00 application fee

7. Resume

There is no denying that working toward an Executive MBA requires a serious commitment. This is intended to be a rigorous program and there may well be some activities you will need to postpone while pursuing your degree. On the other hand, the program is specifically designed to match the needs of busy executives. And the comparatively short duration of the program means the rewards for all the hard work involved are never too far from sight.

Who is eligible for admission?

A very diverse group of people earn an Executive MBA. What they share is a sincere desire to succeed in business by obtaining an MBA degree and a willingness to work hard toward achieving that goal. Our target years of work experience is 8. Our target years of managerial experience is 5. The incoming class in 2009 had an average of 13 years of experience, an average of 8 years of managerial experience, and successful careers in a variety of professions. What is the tuition for the two year program?

Tuition for the class starting in the fall of 2010 and completing the program in 2012 is $73,000 for the two year program. This includes tuition and fees for books, meals and the international trip.

How relevant will what I learn be to the real business world?

The faculty who teach in Executive MBA Program have extensive real world experience. They know both business theory and business practice. One of the major benefits of an Executive MBA Program is that the experiences of your fellow executive students in class will help link theory to application.

What is my company's involvement?
