The Executive MBA program is designed for mid-career managers who hope to build on their extensive managerial experience without interrupting their careers. Executive MBA participants are high-potential working executives who on average are 40-years-old and have 16 years of work experience.

Since the program began, more than 26 percent of participants have been women. Approximately 75 percent of students have been partially or fully sponsored by their employers. Students come from a broad range of organizations, industries and job functions, providing a rich network of peer professionals.

The Executive MBA program focuses on strategic decision-making and leadership skills. Students selected for the Executive MBA program have diverse backgrounds and experiences. Executive MBA program graduates have included:
