University Ceremony

May and August graduates are invited to attend the University graduation ceremony on May 17, 2008.

Wisconsin Evening MBA Graduation Program

The School of Business will host a graduation program and brunch on Saturday, July 12 for the Wisconsin Evening MBA class of 2008 graduates. 

Transcripts

Degrees are posted on official transcripts approximately 4-6 weeks after the end of the summer semester. Due to the Family Rights and Privacy Act, transcripts cannot be requested by telephone. They can be ordered in person or by mail with the graduating student's signature. Call 262-6215 for more information.

Diploma

You will receive your diploma approximately four months from the end of the summer semester. Your name will appear on your diploma as it is recorded on your official records. Name Changes must be filed at the Peterson Building. A diploma folder may be picked up at the information booth in the Peterson Building if you do not attend either graduation ceremony. Your diploma will be sent to your home address as listed on the My UW Madison Portal

Alumni Mailings

Membership to Wisconsin Business Alumni is automatic upon graduation, and is free. As a member you will receive a subscription to UPDATE magazine and invitations to regional and Homecoming events. 

You also have access to the business school's Alumni Connection On-line Community - an internet-based recourse that includes an alumni directory, career center and permanent e-mail forwarding. Please make sure your address is up to date by calling, 1-800-442-6469 or updating your address online through the business school's alumni website. After graduation, you may update your address with the Alumni Records Office by phone or by e-mail.
