Class of 2009

Sarah Baranowski

- OTM ’09, BA Journalism & English

Sarah joins the OTM Program with a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Six Sigma Greenbelt from the University of Michigan, and more than 10 years of experience in the software and consulting industries. In her most recent position, Sarah was program director for a consulting studio that specializes in technical education and full-service technical communication project delivery. In that position, she led a project management office and managed a team of project managers. She continued to support the firm as a business consultant to the managing director after relocating to Madison in 2007. In recent years, Sarah has focused her career on operations management, process improvement, and seamless collaboration between sales and technical operations within organizations. 
Mukund Chavan

- OTM ’09, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Mukund received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from BVCOE, University of Pune, India, in August, 2000. After graduation he joined Tata Power Company, the largest private sector power company in India. At TATA Power, he gained diverse experience in Performance Management, Environment Management and Material Resource Management. As an Officer of Environment Management, he turned the prior disposal cost into a revenue generating stream by developing market for coal ash. He also coordinated cross-functional teams for implementation of Balanced Score Card & ISO 9001 for the SBU. He represented Tata Power at the India International Trade Fair in 2004 at IIFT. His efforts towards Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives have been recognized.
Eric Hennen

- OTM ’09, BA Chemistry

Eric earned a BA degree in Chemistry from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington in May of 2003.  After graduation, he joined the staff of Noveon, Inc., (Kalama, Washington) as a Process Chemist.  From March 2004 to recently, Eric was Laboratory Supervisor for Intertek Caleb Brett’s Los Angeles office, where he managed a group of 15 lab technicians and served as lab purchasing manager, quality control supervisor, safety officer, and lead chemist.
Sang Ho Hyun

- OTM ’09, Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering

Sang-Ho graduated from Korea University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was been Assistant Manager of the Production Technical Efficiency Team of LG. Philips LCD. He participated in the 2006 CAPA UP project in charge of the Factory Automation division, and led 30 technical assistants who analyzed the plan to set up robots for LCD panel production.
Abhijeet Pawar

- OTM ’09, B.E. in Production Engineering

Abhijeet graduated from the University of Mumbai in 2005 with a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering. He has handled projects in diverse areas such as procurement, process engineering, and estimation. He joins the program with an intention to learn how to integrate the various aspects of management into a profitable business entity.
Andrew Pulvermacher

- OTM ’09,  Bachelor of Business Administration

Andrew Thomas Pulvermacher joins the OTM team with extensive professional  experience. Graduating Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Andrew leveraged his majors in Corporate Finance and Accounting to lead business development strategies for multiple organizations during the past seven years.  Most recently, Andrew assisted CUNA Mutual Group's corporate restructuring initiative and helped build the company's new Crop Insurance division.
Ruchira Sharma

- OTM ’09,  Bachelor of Technology

Ruchi joins the OTM Program with an engineering degree from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar, Uttaranchal, India.  She is an experienced professional with over four years of experience in customer service, technical support and IT operations management involving business process improvement. Ruchi worked in Technical Support with Daksh Eservices Pvt. Ltd where she provided voice-based technical support for 'Quick Books', Intuit's accounting software. She then joined HCL Technologies in 2003 and managed the global software delivery team for Cummins, Inc as a Team Lead.
Abhishek Singh

- OTM ’09, Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering

Abhishek is a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering.  In 2001 he worked in Information Security arena at various levels. In his last position, he was Technical Lead for Information Security Testing. He holds several IT certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CCSE, etc., in the information security field. He has also written several papers on Information Security.  His 6.5+ years of work experience includes working with major information technology MNC’s such as Nokia. Some of his earlier positions include Subject Matter Expert roles – Firewalls and VPN’s, Analyst Network & Security and Engineer E-Secure. He has a deep interest in applying technology to business and making technology more accessible to common users.
