E.J. Plesko is the founder and chairman of E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc., a leading real estate development and management firm with offices located throughout the United States. Plesko has more than 40 years of significant real estate experience and throughout his career has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions with an aggregate value of several billion dollars, with a specific focus on investments in retail, industrial, multifamily and senior housing assets.  He is also the chairman and founder of SilverCrest Properties, a leading developer of senior housing properties. Prior to forming E.J. Plesko & Associates, Plesko was associated with Jupiter Realty Corporation, a leading real estate investment and development firm based in Chicago. Plesko is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board and the Advisory Board for the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the Wisconsin School of Business and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
