*University of Wisconsin policy requires all food to be ordered through conference services and served by University catering.
** Please note: Catering prefers to have your menu three weeks prior to the event date to allow for more than enough planning for your event. The deadline for ordering food without a late order charge, however, is two weeks (10 working days) prior to your event. Orders requested inside of 10 working days prior to your food delivery will incur a $25 late order service fee, choices may be limited, and menus have to be approved by the caterer. Business lunch menus can be ordered with a 1 week (5 working day) notice. In addition, there are limited snack and pizza menus available for orders placed less than 5 working days prior to the delivery. Please call us at (608) 262-8679 regarding those options.
