Applications accepted on a rolling basis until the final deadline of Monday, September 21, 9:00 a.m. CDT.
Acceptance Notification: Final decisions will be made and applicants notified by Friday, September 25. Applicants will be given one week to confirm their participation.
Payment due (for non-CIBER-sponsored participants): Friday, November 20.
Passports with Vietnam visa should be in hand: Friday, December 18.
Departure date from U.S. origination city: Saturday, January 2, 2010.
Space is limited to approximately 20 people. Please note: the 2009 program had a wait list and not everyone could be accommodated.
