Doing Business in India
Overview
With vibrant growth of more than 6% annually, improvement and stabilization of relations with neighboring countries and record setting heights of its stock indices, India continues to grab headlines. The country is seen as a destination of opportunity with its high-potential workforce and burgeoning middle class and as an increasingly dynamic competitor. Business dealings in India can be complex and U.S. firms must plan on dealing with a diversity of cultures and languages, constantly changing policies and uncertainties about infrastructure and economic stability. Speakers for this program will focus on topics most critical to doing business in India, including an economic, political and social overview, how companies should assess potential benefits and costs, common market entry strategies and forms of organization, and practical corporate experiences and lessons.
Please register early, as this program is limited to 50 participants.
