Speaker Biographies

Mark Metzendorf, vice president of marketing, is focused on the strategic positioning of the Manpower brand and driving business growth in the United States.
Metzendorf joined Manpower in June 2008 from Marsh McLennan where, as managing director, he led the Americas sales team that was responsible for new sales of risk advisory and insurance brokerage services. In addition, he supported all major sales operations functions including staffing, training and development, business planning, results management and performance management.

Prior to that, he served AT&T Business Services for 21 years in a wide variety of disciplines and executive leadership roles. During his last four years with the organization, Metzendorf led the Mid Market Segment responsible for delivering the full range of communications solutions to more than 120,000 mid-sized customers in the U.S.

Mr. Metzendorf holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry and a master’s degree in business administration/marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. While at AT&T, he attended the communications training program at Bell Laboratories and the executive development program at the Kellogg School of Management.
