Funding Your International Internship or Volunteer Work
Overview
This panel will explore options available to students and alumni interested in working as an intern or volunteer abroad and in need of financial assistance. Limited funding and scholarships are available from campus units (which will be explored), and Nikki Busch, the Memorial Library’s Grants Librarian will discuss options and resources available through the Grants Information Collection and how students can maximize their chances of finding funding. We will also explore strategies for fundraising with students who have worked abroad with third party providers and have funded their programs this way.
