Clint Gill

Quote

"The future of business is unpredictable.  Preparation for this new, rapidly changing environment requires much more than a traditional business education.  It requires the dynamic environment, focused curriculum, experienced faculty, applied learning and networking opportunities that the Wisconsin School of Business - Center for Brand and Product Management provides."

Bio

Clint graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2003 with a B.A in Marketing and Film production. His short films have won 1st place awards in the Columbia College Film Festivals (2002 and 2003), but it is his passion for great marketing and advertising that drives him.

Throughout Clint’s college career, he interned as a Production Assistant.  Working on shoots for McDonalds, Bissell, Pier 1, Chevrolet and Washington Mutual provided real-world experience on many major commercial productions.  Following graduation, Clint accepted an offer to join J. Walter Thompson as an Associate Broadcast Producer on the Ford Motor Company account.  After reducing production costs, leveraging internal creative services and capturing over $250,000 in billings, he was quickly promoted to Lead Broadcast Producer for the Chicago Region.  Clint went on to lead cross-functional teams for National and Regional Ford advertising, resulting in three 1st place Telly awards, a 28% ($220,000) reduction in production costs and a North American record setting auto show promotion.

Working in advertising for five years has opened Clint’s eyes to the power of brand management. The CBPM was the perfect place for Clint to build on his existing skills and continue his marketing training in order to solidify his future as a Brand Manager.
