As president of Worldwide Sales and Channel Development for General Mills, Jeff Rotsch is responsible for all sales activities in C.F. Sales and Bakeries & Foodservice. He was named to this position in 2005.

Since Rotsch joined General Mills in 1974 as a marketing assistant, he has held various positions throughout the company, ranging from a product manager in the Betty Crocker division to president of the Big G cereal division. In the past decade, Rotsch has held several top level positions within the company, including president of the Betty Crocker division where he was responsible for all marketing activities for Betty Crocker branded products, including Hamburger Helper, cake mixes and fruit snacks. As president of the Big G division, Rotsch was responsible for the marketing of all General Mills cereals, including Wheaties, Cheerios, Trix and Total. He also named president of Consumer Foods Sales in 1997 and was elected a senior vice president of General Mills in 1993.

In the past, he has served on the Family and Children's Services board and the board of Minnesota Public Radio. Rotsch serves on the board for the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, Board of Directors for the Center for Advanced Studies in Business (CASB) and the "W" Club Board.  In November of 2004, he received the Distinguished Business Alumni Award from the University of Wisconsin.

Rotsch holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He was a member of the UW hockey team from 1968 through 1972. Rotsch was team captain and named All-American his senior year. The following two years, he was an assistant coach of the Wisconsin team, which won the NCAA championship in 1973. He was also a member of the 1972, 1974 and 1975 U.S. National Hockey Teams.
