Dan Maurer brings more than 25 years of global brand marketing, sales, and general management experience, working for Procter & Gamble, The Campbell Soup Company, and currently at Intuit, where he is the Chief Marketing Officer.

At Intuit, Maurer is responsible for marketing the Intuit brand. At Campbell's he served as head of strategy for the global sales organization, and head of strategy for Campbell's businesses in the U.S. During his tenure at P&G, including 15 years of international assignments, Maurer worked on strategic business development and successfully managed and marketed key brands, as well as developing new business models for the company. One of those models became Emmperative, an enterprise software company for which he was the chief executive officer.

Earlier in his career at P&G, Maurer managed leading brands throughout Europe, helping launch Always™ and Vidal Sassoon™, among others. He also drove significant growth for Pampers™ and Mr. Propre™ (Mr. Clean) in France, and for Crest™ and Ariel™ in Greece, while developing the European export business. As general manager of the European Attends™ business, he successfully doubled sales. Maurer holds a Bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of Wisconsin.
