Mock Interviews

Signup for Mock Interviews will begin Tuesday, January 22, 2008.

Sign up through BuckyNet to be interviewed by a professional in your major area. Open schedules will list the major required for each interview.

The BCC organizes opportunities for undergraduate School of Business students and students in the Five-Year Professional Accounting Program to "experience" on-campus interviews. Students must have completed BuckyNet registration to participate in mock interviews.

Simulated one-half hour interviews are conducted to provide you with the opportunity to practice your skills and receive feedback from an experienced professional. You must be a business school junior or senior or a student in the Five-Year Professional Accounting Program who has registered with the BCC and completed your 2005-2006 BuckyNet orientation and registration contract. Your default resume will be used by the employer representative as a basis for specific questions.  Registered students sign up for these mock interviews online through BuckyNet.  Space is limited, one mock interview per person.

Additional Practice Opportunities

If you miss out on this wonderful opportunity to practice your interviewing technique with an employer representative, the BCC offers two additional options throughout the academic year.

  • InterviewStream is an interactive interview kiosk with provides mock interview experience for students year round.
  • BCC staff members are available to conduct mock interviews at certain times throughout the year.
