Policies on Late Changes, Late Cancellations
and No-Shows

Interviews may be cancelled or changed online in BuckyNet typically four days before a scheduled interview.  The deadline for these changes is set by the employer, and is publicized in BuckyNet as the "schedule close date." These online changes may be made without notification to the employer or the BCC.

Late Changes/Late Cancellations
If BuckyNet will not let you cancel or change the interview online, the "schedule close date" has passed and the change is considered as a "Late Change" or "Late Cancellation." You must:

• Contact the BCC immediately at 608.262.2550 with an explanation so that we may alert the recruiter in advance. Leave a message if you are calling outside of office hours. Do not e-mail the BCC for this notification.
• Download and complete the form below. Your access to BuckyNet will be blocked until the completed form is returned to the BCC.

No Shows
If you fail to report to an interview at your scheduled time, you are considered a "No Show."  Your access to BuckyNet will be blocked.  You must:

• Download and complete the form below and return it to the BCC.
• Meet with a BCC staff member and a determination will be made on your reinstatement.
