Parking on Campus for the BCC

Guests to the BCC in need of parking in the Grainger Hall Parking Garage (Lot 7 under Grainger Hall) are required to contact the BCC in advance of their arrival to campus to request a parking reservation be placed in their name.

Please note: Parking at the BCC with an on-campus interview schedule may be arranged directly with the BCC employer relations team member that is assisting in setting up the interview schedule. Recruiters may request one permit per interview schedule and the name of each employer representative is required at the time the parking reservation is made. Please note that Lot 7 parking will be based on availability and recruiters may be directed to a nearby alternative lot on campus. It is best to arrive early to ensure time to park and arrive at the BCC. Due to space limitations we will not be able to provide Grainger Hall parking for greeters.

Corporate Partners beginning at the Silver level ($5,000) receive complimentary parking permits (one per schedule) and will also pick up their complimentary permits from the Grainger Hall booth attendant the day of their interview schedule. Follow the below steps to pick up the parking permit, however, there will be no fee required from the booth attendant to obtain the permit.

• Guests to the BCC with advance reservations will be able to purchase permits for a nominal fee under their name from the Grainger Hall booth attendant at the time of their visit.

To pick up your Grainger Hall parking permit the day of your arrival:

• Enter the Grainger Hall Parking Garage from Brooks Street (ignore any “Lot Full” signs)
• Drive your vehicle up to the parking attendant’s booth and provide your name
• Payment for the permit is made to the parking attendant ($10/full day; $6 half-day permit)
• Once your vehicle is parked proceed to the BCC, Room 3290 Grainger Hall

• Guests to the BCC without advance reservations or recruiting organizations with additional parking needs may find limited parking available (see map) the day of the visit at the following locations:
• The Fluno Center for Executive Education (Lot 83).  If space is available, a permit may be purchased from the parking attendant ($10/full day; $6 half-day permit). 
• Lot 46 located two blocks from Grainger Hall
• Lake Street Public Parking Ramp

Due to the limited parking available on campus, the BCC encourages guests to secure lodging reservations at hotels near Grainger Hall or at the Fluno Center of Executive Education to take advantage of their convenient parking facilities.
