Sophomore Shadow Program
Through the Business Career Center’s Sophomore Shadow Program, companies have the opportunity to give newly admitted sophomores in the Wisconsin School of Business and School of Human Ecology an up-close look at a company or industry by “shadowing” professionals through a normal day on the job. Students explore different career possibilities and see firsthand how classroom skills relate to the workplace. Employers get to make a positive impact on the lives of students!
