Setting up Recruiting Dates
On-campus recruiting for the 2008-2009 Academic Year runs from October 6 - November 25, 2009, and February 7 - April 30, 2009. All reservations are made through BuckyNet. We may be able to accommodate with you if other dates are necessary.
We are now accepting reservation requests for the 2008-2009 academic year through BuckyNet.
Setting up your on-campus recruiting visit in BuckyNet is a three-part process:
Part I
All reservations are made through BuckyNet. You will need to create a BuckyNet account if you do not already have one. Request a BuckyNet account and an approval with a password will be e-mailed to you with a list of services for which you were approved.
-
Click on [Register]. Complete the registration form with your company and contact information.
-
Hit [submit]. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your username and password.
Part II
Log on to BuckyNet. Use the "Quick Links - Create a New Schedule Request". and select the date you would like to come to campus and the number of interview rooms you will need along with additional information about your visit. You will receive an e-mail confirmation.
Part III
Log on to BuckyNet. You will then attach your positions to the schedules you requested. Instructions for setting up and managing your schedule are available on the BCC website, here.
Recruiting Questions: Please contact us on our Toll-FREE Employer Hotline at 866.436.3533 or e-mail BCCenter@bus.wisc.edu.
Additional resources for setting up your date:
For best turnout, we recommend you try to avoid choosing dates during exam weeks, or just before/after vacations.
If you are interested in seeing students in disciplines other than Business during your trip to Madison, you might consider also setting up a schedule with another office on campus to reach your target group of students.
