Instructions to Post a Job

Post Your Job Listing

  • Log on to BuckyNet
  • Go to Quick Links and click on Create Non-OCR Job Posting.
    • Note: Listing under Job Postings are separate and distinct from (OCR) On-Campus Recruiting jobs. If you have reserved a date to conduct interviews at the BCC, please return to your account homepage and under Alerts click on 1 OCR Schedule in need of a Position.
  • Add information about your job posting. (Note: If the job is already in our system, you can import the job description and screening criteria by utilizing the “Copy Existing” dropdown menu.)
    • Job Description can also be copied and pasted.
      • Note: Our system supports html formatting.
    • Resume Submission methods
      • E-mail - each application is e-mailed to you, plus you can view applications online.
      • CSM Jobs Online - log on to review applications. No E-mail is sent to notify you of applicants.
      • If you prefer that applications be submitted via fax, mail, your website, etc. be sure to include specific details in the Contact Information field.
      • If you've selected either of the automated methods (E-mail or CSM Jobs Online) you do not need to complete the Contact Information field. This information is viewable by students.
  • Required fields are denoted by an asterisk (*).
  • Only one position type can be assigned to each job. If the job is for multiple position types, create one job and then make a copy of the job and submit it for a second position type.
    • Position types are:
      • Entry-level / Full time: seeking current students within one semester of graduation and recent alumni (students having graduated within the past year) for full-time, professional employment.
      • Mid-management: seeking alumni beyond 12 months of graduation Posting your job at this site will give exposure to your mid-management opportunity to School of Business alumni.
      • Senior / Executive: seeking alumni beyond 12 months of graduation Posting your job at this site will give exposure to your executive-level opportunity to School of Business alumni.
      • Summer / Semester: seeking candidates for work for a limited period such as summer break.
      • Part-time / Temp: seeking candidates for part-time opportunities.
  • To multi-select work authorization, degree level, class level, or locations, hold the Ctrl key while clicking on each value.
  • When finished, click Submit. Your job posting will be reviewed and approved by our office (and will be visible to students) within two business days. You will receive an e-mail when your job has been approved.
