Manage a Job Listing Instructions

If you requested that students apply via e-mail or via our online system, you will be able to
manage applications online.

Manage Students and Resumes

  • Select jobs from the top menu bar. From here you can view/edit your job postings or
    view resumes of students who have applied.
  • View a list of students who have applied for available positions by clicking on the Student
    Resumes tab.
  • View resumes by clicking on the document icon in the Resume column.
  • Remove resumes by clicking on the Delete button on the right.

Contact Students

  • Communicate with applicants via e-mail by check-marking target individuals and then
    clicking Mail to Checked, a web-based mail wizard.
  • Send personalized e-mails to multiple recipients (at one time) by utilizing the mail
    merge fields in the Available Fields box in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • Initiate a mailing by clicking Next, and then clicking the Send Messages button.
    Visiting employers and registered students: please let us know if you require disability-related
    accommodations for your on-campus interviews.
