Students
The Associates Program is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students with interest in investments.

Undergraduates entering the work force are often disadvantaged in finding solid positions at top investment firms. Our program assists students to find these jobs.

It is often difficult for undergraduates to gain acceptance at top MBA programs without solid work experience. By being granted deferred admission to ASAP/Wisconsin MBA in conjunction with the Associates Program, students are guaranteed admittance to one of the most respected programs for investment education.

Once the job appointments are complete, students are frequently presented with options continued employment in permanent roles or enrollment in graduate school.
Employers
The Associates Program allows employers multiple opportunities to hire top students from several universities, with ASAP performing the bulk of the work in identifying top candidates. Employers have enormous flexibility in forming creative contracts with students to their mutual benefits.

Employers sign fixed contracts (1-3 years) with undergraduates that provide employers with easy out clauses if things do not work out.

Employers can permanently hire the individuals at the end of the contracts.

If permanent positions are not available at the end of the contracts, the firms can offer to fund the students MBA educations and sign new contracts to guarantee that students return following their graduate educations.

Employers can hire junior-level undergraduates as interns to determine whether they would like to offer the students associate positions in this program upon their graduation.

Employers have flexibility to negotiate contracts with students.

The Associate Program builds relationships with other schools with undergraduate student investment programs.
