Fluno Center for Executive Education

The Fluno Center for Executive Education, which opened in 2000, continues to be a major asset for the Wisconsin School of Business. The facility offers top-level academic facilities and 100 on-site residence rooms. The Fluno Center has been ranked in the top two in the world for five consecutive years (2004-2008) for food and accommodations among custom program by the Financial Times. Its food and accommodations are also internationally ranked among open-enrollment programs.

Wisconsin Executive Education is a premier business school-based provider of executive development. Our programs are among the oldest and most extensive in the nation and are developing a more global presence.

Each year, Wisconsin Executive Education provides management and leadership development and technical and professional development to more than 1,500 companies. It offers extensive open-enrollment programs and custom programs tailored to meet the needs of partner companies and organizations.

Public Programs

Public programs experienced a significant increase in revenue, number of programs, and enrollments over the past year. New programs were added in human resource management, strategy, and information technology. Marketing of these programs was enhanced with a new mix of marketing media, stronger brand identification, and increased targeting of specific markets.

Custom Programs

Custom programs are offered through the Center for Advanced Studies in Business, Inc. (CASB). CASB revenue includes revenue from its programs and from operation of the Fluno Center for Executive Education. Over the past year, a major emphasis has been working to develop strategic long-term partnerships with existing custom clients and to create new partnerships with top mid-to large-cap Wisconsin companies and other target organizations.
