An increasing number of employers list leadership skills among the most important qualities they look for in their new hires, and the ALC is ensuring that students in the Wisconsin School of Business can develop the skills they need to remain competitive. The ultimate goal of the Accenture Leadership Center is to produce students who will graduate more inspired, more confident and with leadership skills that will benefit their future companies and communities.
