The Grainger Center's supply chain management MBA program is ranked 15th according to U.S. News & World Report rankings of program specialties in the nation's top business schools.
The Grainger Center is proud to be affiliated with the Wisconsin School of Business Marketing Department, ranked in the Financial Times' Top 10 Best in Marketing. The department is renowned for its faculty teaching and research.
Another study, presented at the 2008 annual conference of the Academy of Marketing Science, found Wisconsin School of Business marketing faculty second only to the University of Pennsylvania for articles published from 1977 to 2002. A similar study by the Business Research Project, covering research from 1996 to 2006, ranked Wisconsin first in the nation for research productivity in top-tier journals in the field.
Finally, an article in the Journal of Marketing found that four of the world’s top-50 most prolific scholars in top marketing journals over a 25-year period were Wisconsin School of Business marketing faculty members. Wisconsin was one of only five schools to have more than two faculty members in the top 50. The other schools were Duke, Columbia, Chicago, and Stanford.
